To place an order, you must purchase the items through the Check Out section on our website. Once the order has been placed and payment has been completed, you will receive an email with confirmation and delivery details. The order cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.

When your package is on its way, you will receive an email with the link and tracking number that you can use to track the delivery. Please note that it may take between 24 and 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

We only ship within the Mexican Republic and the USA

The cost of Standard shipping is $99 pesos (MXN) and takes 4-7 business days to arrive (there may be a delay by the courier company)

The cost of Fast shipping is $139 pesos (MXN) and takes 3-5 business days to arrive (may be delayed by the courier)

The cost of Express shipping is $169 pesos (MXN) and takes 1-3 business days to arrive. (may be delayed by the courier)

We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders with standard shipping will typically be fulfilled and shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Please note that delivery times may vary if the Origin or Destination postal code corresponds to extended areas or points far from the parcel routes.

Orders may be cancelled if we do not have sufficient inventory, your credit card is declined, or for other reasons. In this case, you will be notified and no charge will be made.
